We cannot issue refunds for the guaranteed number participants as we are procuring supplies for that number of participants.

Payment for additional guests beyond the guaranteed amount is due the day of the event before the party begins. We always bring extra materials to accommodate a few more guests!

Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund.

If you need to cancel less than 30 days in advance of the event, we will credit the amount you’ve paid towards a future event.

For parties larger than 24-we will provide an artist assistant for an additional cost.  We are open to you supplying your own assistant.
