In good weather our parties are held under our colorful 31 ft. camper’s awning. We will have tables, chairs, and supplies nestled under the awning and will set -up anywhere--your home, a community space, a park, etc.

• Each party is approximately 1.5 hours. The project is approximately 1 hour  (some projects will last 1.5 hours)  and the additional ½ hour is used to set-up and break down. 

• The party will take place regardless of weather conditions. In the case of inclement weather, please provide an indoor space. if you do not have an indoor location-we will try our best to make proper arrangements or provide a make-up date.​

 Terms & Conditions

• Pricing: $350 for up to 10 adults, payable immediately to reserve your date.

• $25-$35 for each additional adult depending on project. You must guarantee the number of adults 10 days before your event. We will send an invoice which is payable immediately within 24 hours.  

• We cannot issue refunds for the guaranteed number as we are procuring supplies for that number of participants.

• Payment for additional adults beyond the guaranteed amount is due the day of the event.  We always bring extra materials to accommodate a few more adults!

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event will receive a full refund.

• If you need to cancel less than 30 days in advance of the event, we will credit the amount you’ve paid towards a future event.

• For parties larger than 20-we will provide an artist assistant for an additional cost.  We are open to you supplying your own assistant.  

• We are based in Barrington, RI and charge $2 per mile to drive to the location of your choice. If your location is 50 miles outside of Barrington, RI please inquire for a customized travel rate. We travel to all of RI and some parts of MA, NH, and CT.
